Ingredients : Water, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Lauryl Glucoside, Coco-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Phenoxyethanol, Menthol, Sodium Chloride, Betaine, Polyquaternium-10, Chlorphenesin, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Fragrance.

Instructions : Dispense a small amount of the shower gel onto your wet palms or shower puff. Then massage on your body to lather. Distribute it evenly and rinse thoroughly.
